The Fényes-Curtin-Paloheimo Collection
The collections at Acequia Madre House comprise of about 4,000 objects from all over the world, gathered during several Grand Tours around the world that the Three Wise Women used to enrich not only their own lifes, but also that of their contemporaries in Santa Fe and Pasadena. Several hundred watercolor and oil paintings by Eva Fényes and Leonora Paloheimo and the herbarium of Leonora Curtin, as well as a collection of their dresses (some of them documented in historic photographs) complete these collections.
Acequia Madre House also houses a historic library of 5,000 volumes, 12,000 historic photographs and about 700 boxes of archival materials. More information on these can be found on the "Archives" page.
